Z-SC1 CORP warrants its Products for a period of 1 year parts & labor-until March-2021.
Any extended warranty or parts warranty are supported by the Original manufacturers-

During the warranty period, Z-SC1 CORP will replace or repair at its option, without charge*, defective parts or equipment. Z-SC1 CORP’s obligation under this warranty is void in its entirety if the equipment is improperly installed, or in any way abused, misused, neglected, or altered. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from external causes including accident (fire, explosion, flood), problems with electrical power, or usage outside of specification or not in accordance with product instructions. This warranty shall not apply to parts which require replacement as a result of normal use, which include such parts as batteries, lamps and filters. The freight and labor charges incurred in replacing or repairing such defective parts are included in the coverage provided by this warranty, however, the freight, packing, moving or conditioning the defective product to be picked up from a loading dock, as any related labor charges incurred in replacing or repairing the unit that is shipped to one of our service point, are Not included in the coverage provided by this warranty and acceptance or refusal to cover remains at Z-SC1 sole discretion-
In addition to the warranty, you may have the option to purchase extended protection for your product.
After a repair, firmware upgrade or replacement of compressor or compressor’s parts such as start capacitor, the warranty period will continue from the date of the original purchase, with the exclusion of any redundancy of the initial problem that was covered by the warranty- The warranty is limited and does not cover more than ONE compressor repair or compressor part’s replacement per warranty period.
Z-SC1 warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service. This warranty is extended only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is not transferable if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
This warranty does not cover regular maintenance or preventative maintenance, such as but not limited to handles adjustment, door adjustment, battery change, caster levelling, defrosting, gasket maintenance, key barrel or shelves clips.
Z-SC1 CORP warrants that, at the time of shipment, the products sold by it are free from defaults in material and workmanship and conform to specifications which accompany the products. Warranty will be limited to the replacement or repair without cost of any such material received with any such defaults within the normal warranty period of each product.
Z-SC1 CORP makes no warranties expressed or implied, with respect to the products, including any warranty of suitability or fitness for any particular purpose. Notification of any breach of warranty must be made within 30 days of receipt or within shelf-life expiration date contained with each consumable product, whichever is shorter. Notification of any breach of warranty for instrumentation may be made within the normal warranty period of each particular instrument. No claim will be honored if the customer fails to notify Z-SC1 CORP within the periods specified.
A defect in any part of the equipment will not, when such part is capable of being repaired or replaced under this warranty, operate to allow the buyer to reject the equipment or to allow the buyer any other remedy that would result in the buyer’s purchase of the equipment being effectively voided.
THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE BUYER OR OTHER PERSON ENTITLED TO RELY ON THIS WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES WILL APPLY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. ALL WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND CONDITIONS IN RESPECT OF EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY Z-SC1 CORP OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN OR OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY Z-SC1 CORP IN WRITING ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Z-SC1 CORP (INCLUDING ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE EXISTENCE OF ANY FUNGI OR ANY SPORES, MYCOTOXINS, ODORS, OR ANY OTHER SUBSTANCES, PRODUCTS OR BYPRODUCTS PRODUCED BY, RELEASED BY, OR ARISING OUT OF THE CURRENT OR PAST PRESENCE OF FUNGI, MOLD OR MILDEW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY Z-SC1 CORP IN WRITING, ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL SUPERSEDE ANY PRINTED CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT OR GENERAL RESERVATION WHICH MAY BE PRINTED IN ANY PAST OR FUTURE COMMUNICATION OR DOCUMENT FROM THE BUYER OR THE BUYER’S AGENT.
IMPORTANT: INSTRUCTIONS FOR FAULT CORRECTION DURING WARRANTY:
Check your product instruction manual for possible basic corrective action, which could be undertaken by your own service department.
If this cannot be done, contact your local authorized Z-SC1 CORP representative or Z-SC1 CORP and please be sure to quote model and serial number.
Z-SC1 CORP operates a Repair/Exchange Program for the major components of its control systems. In the event of a defect in one of these components, Z-SC1 CORP will promptly provide a replacement at the ‘core’ value of the component. Upon return of the defective part to the factory, Z-SC1 CORP will issue full credit for this value. Defective parts are to be returned within 30 days from customer receipt of replacement component( s)
If a service issue arises, contact Z-SC1 Service Department to register Warranty Service and initiate a resolution. Advanced authorization for a service company to diagnose the problem must be approved by Z-SC1 Corp.
Z-SC1 will not be responsible for charges incurred for service calls made by a third party prior to authorization by Z-SC1 Corp.
Liability in all events is limited to the purchase value only.
In case of a service call Z-SC1 CORP will decide if a technician can be on site for evaluation or if the product need to be shipped to the nearest service center, all at Z-SC1 Corp exclusive option. In case of shipping to service point, original packaging or equivalent must be used or provided by user and shipping charges may occurs.
We cannot accept any returns of products missing the serial number or UPC, scratched, used or unpacked; we will not issue refunds for such items.
